Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, SacredFireCrystals will take responsibility for exchanging the item. To initiate an exchange, the customer must send the return parcel through PAKISTAN POST courier service to our address.
Conditions for Exchange
The item must not match the product as depicted in the picture. Exchanges are only allowed within Pakistan. Articles can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase. The item must be unused, with all tags intact, and the packaging in its original condition. Important Note
